Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Because we work directly with global suppliers to bring you the best prices, shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or regional postal service delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on orders under $45.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.00.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Separate Packages

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different suppliers. This means your items might arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Do not worry if you don't receive everything at once!

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Flexvibee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at flexvibee@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Flexvibee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
